Q.

After C- section how much time we should wait for doing workout???

A. hello mum it is advisable to wait for at least 6 months to do the work out so that you can recover properly feeling of the stiches is very slow process so it's very important you should follow all the instructions of the doctor after completing 6 month free doctor allow you then you can start doing that till then you can do slow walk
