Q.
After 3 months of delivery..my hair falls too much..i am using coconut oil as well as mustard oil for massage. kindly suggest what to do.

NikithaMom of a 11 yr 2 m old boy5 years agoA. hello hairfall post delivery is due to harmonal imbalance and you can be having Vitamin rich food in the diet and also you should try using mild and gentle shampoo and go with sulphate free shampoo and conditioner which can help to prevent from the hairfall problem
