A. start walking, prenatal yoga, pelvic tilts, kegals swimming, sitting on a birthing ball these help with the flexibility, circulation, posture and labour prep. keep in mind to remain hydrated, avoid overexertion and stop if discomfort occurs.

A. Mam there is no exercise precisely for 33 weeks you need to start working out from three months of pregnancy basic yoga which helps in better health and easy normal delivery so you can check with your gynaecologist if you required to do it as of now
