C-section definitely needs time to heal but getting stressed won't come to any help.you are already going through sleepless nights and super busy days.It is more important for you to be at peace with yourself first because someone is completely dependent on you.weightloss will eventually take place anyway.drink plenty of water as it helps in recovery and managing weight at the same time.include almonds for your inbetween snaks.incorporate a me time if possible but definitely not now that is immediately after your C-section..its time to enjoy your motherhood...do not miss on a single development of your child which I missed because of depression and I really repent now.dony hurry and worry for weight as it will just add up to your stress...

having a tummy belt excersise for 10 min a day and eating dinner before 8 pm

to maintain our body n to b fit we have to do exercise,
push-ups
