Hey I m physiotherapist nd certified nutritionist I m 10 weeks postpartum and have 2 months 15 days old baby. I had my c section on 3rd January. I started with my kegel’s exercise routine 4 weeks postpartum and gradually with diet schedule and exercises was able to cut down my weight by 70% and giving my baby breastfeed at the same time. Please feel free to contact for diet and Exercises.

hello mam/Sir,
my baby born through c section 8month ago Now my tomi is increase slow slowly so can i use belt its good or not...
please suggestet me....
Using belts will only help in supporting back pain which can occur because of weak muscles and lumbar puncture. It will not be helpful in reducing weight gain. More over abdominal binder is more useful to be used so that the abdominal weak muscles can be supported
