A sticky, crunchy, sugary treat – puffed rice laddoos are a kid favourite! Easy to make, and so much fun to eat, this treat can be a healthier alternative to the chocolates and candies your young one craves!

Ingredients
- 2 cups puffed rice (murmure)
- 1/2 cup grated jaggery
- 50 ml water
- 2 tsp ghee
Method
Step 1
Heat a heavy bottomed pan, dissolve the jaggery with 2 tbsp water
Step 2
Switch off the gas when you get the right consistency – 1 string consistency
Step 3
Use a long spoon to mix the jaggery syrup with the puffed rice
Step 4
Apply ghee in your palm and make lemon-size laddoos of the mixture
Step 5
Your puffed rice laddoos are ready!
