Margherita Pizza
Even the simplest of the ingredients combined in an elementary way can make a best and delightful snack to leave you appeased. This pizza is one such dish made from a combination of tomato sauce, mozzarella cheese topped with some basil leaves on a crispy pizza crust to make that delicious snack for your teen.

Ingredients
- 10” thin pizza crust
- 1 large tomato, sliced thinly
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves
- 3 large basil leaves, cut into strips
- 4 ounces mozzarella cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup tomato or pizza sauce
Method
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 450 degree F
Step 2
Spread olive oil on the pizza crust evenly.
Step 3
Sprinkle the finely chopped garlic cloves.
Step 4
Next, top the crust with tomato sauce, followed by mozzarella cheese.
Step 5
Place the sliced tomatoes over the entire pizza.
Step 6
Sprinkle salt and pepper.
Step 7
Now bake the pizza for 10-15 min, or until it turns crispy.
Step 8
Remove the pizza from the oven and spread the stripped basil leaves.
Step 9
Slice the pizza and serve it hot.
