Let’s Start Our Hair Care with Easy and Effective Methods!

It’s not too late – we can start our hair care everyday! You need not spend too much time, too! Here are some packs that help your hair grow.

Rice water is the best medicine for hair. Water of fermented rice is good for all problems, and it is rich in antioxidants, vitamin E, and various minerals. You should keep rice water overnight, and it can be used with any pack. But, remember not to add any salt to it!

Here, we can use rice water with every hair pack, instead of water.

  1. Henna with Hibiscus Pack

Mehendi leaves are good for hair. It helps in colouring, nourishing, maintaining oil production, conditioning, and improving hair strength.

  • Mehendi leaves
  • Hibiscus leaves
  • Lemon juice
  • Rice water

Grind mehendi leaves and hibiscus leaves into a paste using rice water. Add lemon juice (2 to 3 drops). Apply it on scalp and hair. Leave for 20 minutes. Wash well. This can be done once in a week. If needed, wash with mild shampoo.

2. Henna and Coconut Milk Pack

This improves scalp health and reduces dandruff.

  • Half cup coconut milk (warm)
  • Henna powder or mehendi leaves
  • 4 tbsp olive oil

Mix henna powder with coconut milk, and add olive oil to it. Mix well to become a good paste. Apply it on your hair and scalp, and leave it for an hour. Then, wash it with a mild shampoo. This can be done once in a week.

3. Henna and Banana Pack

It conditions your hair, and repairs split ends.

  • Henna powder
  • 1 ripe banana

Add rice water to henna powder, and let sit overnight. In the morning, add mashed banana to it. Then, apply it on hair, and leave for 5 minutes. Wash it with water. This can be done once in a week.

Before applying any of these masks, you should find out your hair type. If it is oily, you should avoid oily masks. If it is dry, avoid dry masks.
