Adding eggs to your children’s diet is one of the simplest methods to increase their protein intake. You can nourish your child with the necessary proteins while also providing a tasty treat with this simple and easy Egg pudding with added almonds. Almonds and cashews provide additional minerals, and milk is high in calcium. Even babies who aren’t fond of eggs will like this delicious egg pudding. Let’s look at how to prepare the egg pudding now.
Ingredients of Egg pudding:
For serving six people
Milk- 200 ml
Salt- a pinch or as required
Step 1: In a small mixie jar, add cashews, almonds and cardamom make it a fine paste by adding the required water.
Step 2: In a big mixie jar, add eggs, sugar, salt and blend it until sugar dissolves.
Step 3: Mix the fine paste we prepared with the egg mixture and blend again. Finally, add milk and give a pulse.
Step 4: Take a pan to bake, grease with ghee. Pour the mixture and add 2 tbsp. of ghee to the egg mixture.
Step 5: Take an automatic rice cooker or idly maker, pour water required to cook and place the stand.
Step 6: Place the pan with egg mixture over the stand and bake it for 20 to 30mins.
Once cooled down, Yummy protein-rich egg pudding is ready to serve!!!!
You can also chill and serve!!
Note: You can also add saffron on the top if you like the kesar flavour. Check if it is cooked or not by inserting a small stick.
