1. Lime Ginger Crush
Ingredients
- 1 whole lemon
- 1 small piece of ginger
- 5-6 fresh mint leaves
- Rock salt to taste
- Crushed ice
Recipe
- Cut lemon and squeeze the juice
- Moderate with pieces of ginger and mint leaves.
- Add lemon ginger mix in the glass and add crushed ice and chilled water to it.
- Add rock salt and cover with a lid.
- Shake well and serve chilled.
2. Saunf Sherbet
Ingredients
- 50gm fennel seeds
- 100gm black raisins
- 1tbsp honey
- 1tsp lemon juice
- Salt to taste
- Crushed ice cubes
Recipe
- Crush fennel seeds in a blender until powdered. Soak the powder in a cup of water and keep aside.
- Soak raisins in a cup of water. When soft mash well and strain with a strainer and add honey.
- Strain fennel water and add mashed raisins and honey over crushed ice.
- Season with a pinch of salt and lemon juice.serve chilled.
3. Watermelon Mint Sherbet
Ingredients
- 120 ml water melon juice
- 5 ml ginger juice
- 2-3 basil leaves
- 5-6 mint leaves
- Crushed ice
Recipe
- Mix all the ingredients and shake well.
- Top up with crushed ice and mint leaves.
- Serve chilled.
4. Coconut and Pineapple Slush
Ingredients
- 120 ml tender coconut water
- 60 ml fresh pineapple juice
- 3-4 pineapple pieces
- 5-7 drops vanilla essence
- Crushed ice
Recipe
- Put all the ingredients in the blender with crushed ice.
- Blend for at least 2-3 minutes.
- Garnish with pineapple pieces and serve.
5. Melon Cucumber Rounder
Ingredients
- 30 ml fresh melon juice
- 60 ml fresh cucumber juice
- 15 ml fresh lime juice
- 4-5 pieces of cucumber to garnish
- Crushed ice
Recipe
- Mix melon juice with cucumber and lime juice and blend.
- Garnish with cucumber slices and top up with crushed ice.
