An Important Fact About Premature Babies

An Important Fact About Premature Babies

Hi Everyone!

Today I am going to share my premature baby’s weight gain journey in this blog.

A baby is said to be premature if you deliver the baby before completing 9 months. People say that premature babies weigh less and they have a slow growth rate as compared to full-term babies. But, according to me, premature babies can gain healthy weight and they are quite active too. My baby is also premature; I delivered my little angel after completing 8 months and 22 days, but no one can tell that she is premature.

If babies weigh less than 3 kilograms, they can gain enough weight within a month, so please don’t worry about it. Moms, it is not necessary to put on weight hoping for a healthy baby, or your baby won’t be unhealthy if you are underweight while pregnant. It’s necessary for moms to take care of their babies. Therefore, eat healthy food, and your child will definitely be healthy. You must also avoid junk food as it is not good for your baby’s health.

When the baby is born, the nutrients from the foods you eat go to your baby through your feeds. Therefore, take care of yourself first and your baby will be healthy too.

I wish the best to all super moms. I hope this information is useful to all moms. Do not worry if you deliver a premature baby.
