1. Milk and Corn Flakes
You can have corn flakes and milk which requires almost no cooking or preparation. And it is liked by almost everyone.
You can make oats which is a very healthy breakfast. You can buy instant oats from the market, mix it with boiled milk and give it to your kids.
3. Bread and Omelette
You can toast bread slices and spread some butter or peanut butter. Make an omelette and give it to your child with bread slices.
4. Fruits and Nuts and an Omelette
You can give apples and bananas and other fresh seasonal fruits to your kids for breakfast. Along with fresh fruits, you can also have almonds, pistachios, walnuts, cashews. Along with this, you can also give them an omelette.
5. Phulka and Curry
You can make wheat phulkas along with some quick curry recipies like egg bhurji or aloo or tomato rassa, etc.
If you don’t want to make phulkas and curry you can simply make aloo paratha or methi paratha or palak paratha, etc., and serve with achaar or dahi. But this will take some extra time comparing to other breakfast ideas.
Upma can be easily made just by roasting some rawa in ghee or oil. After roasting it, keep aside. Then add oil in a kadhai. Once the oil turns hot, add green chilli, then add roasted rawa. Mix well. Then add hot water as required, and stir it well. Add salt to taste and then let it cook well.
Many of us already make poha for our breakfasts. So everybody has there own style of making poha. This is also a very quick and easy breakfast idea.
9. Poori and Besan
You can simply make besan by adding some chopped onions green chilli and curry leaves to some oil then add besan and water and salt to taste. This one also requires some time comparing to the other dishes but it will taste yummy. You can also make pooris along with it and give it your kids.
10. Vegetable Sandwich
You can simply use some bread slices and fresh vegetables and cheese or mayonnaise to spread on the bread and make a quick sandwich out of it.
