Chocolate Pudding with Marshmallow

Chocolate pudding is one dessert everyone loves irrespective of their age. Chocolate puddings are easy to make and can be made in a few minutes. This is a perfect recipe for are all those kiddie parties you plan to throw!

Ingredients

  • 100 g chocolate (unsweetened)
  • 3 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 3 tbsp cornstarch
  • A pinch of salt
  • 1 cup cream
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 3 cups whole milk
  • 1/2 cup sugar Vanilla extract

Method

Step 1

First, chop the choclote into smaller pieces and keep aside.

In a large bowl, mix together the cocoa powder, corn starch and salt. Slowly mix in the cream and whisk finely together.

Into this mixture, whisk in the egg yolks and keep it aside.

Now in a separate pan heat the milk and dissolve the sugar into the hot milk.

Now, pour the milk into the coca-corn starch mixture and combine together well.

Step 6

Pour back the entire mixture back into the pan and bring it a full boil. Whisk vigorously throughout. The pudding will have thickened now.

Now, add 2-3 drops of the vanilla and mix in the chopped chocolate till it completely dissolves.

Add  marshmallow cubes.

Spread the pudding in a container and put a prastic wrap over the pudding directly.

Step 10

Cover with a lid and let the mixture chill. Serve cold.
