Chicken Mince Rice

Therefore, as a solution, we have put forth the recipe of chicken mince rice. It is sure to become a hit in your household, and also holds the potential of being a novel lunch box item. Ingredients
- 250 gm chicken, minced
- 400 gm cooked rice
- 20 mint leaves, chopped finely
- 1 tbsp coriander, finely chopped
- ½ tsp chilli powder
- ¼ tsp garam masala
- 2 tsp ginger garlic paste
- ¼ tsp lemon juice
- 2 tsp oil
- ½ tsp shahijeera
- 1 Onion, finely chopped length wise
- ½ tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- ½ tsp jeera powder
- Salt as per your requirement
Method
Step 1
In a wok, heat oil and add shahijeera. Let it splutter, and then add ginger garlic paste, turmeric, and onions. Let the onions brown on medium flame with continuous stirring.
Step 2
Next, add washed and drained chicken mince and salt.
Step 3
Let it cook covered in the juices for a while. Keep mixing in between so that the rice doesn’t get burnt.
Step 4
After 10 mins, add garam masala powder, chilli powder, coriander powder, jeera powder and mix again.
Step 5
Cook it uncovered. Now add the cooked rice and stir it well.
Step 6
Sprinkle fresh coriander and mint leaves and switch off the stove.
Step 7
Last, add lemon juice and serve hot.
