Blueberry Muffins
We bring to you the recipe of the luscious blueberry muffins, which will help you make and bake them to perfection in the first attempt itself. Muffins are not as easy to get right. First-timers can face a lot of problems – like the muffin getting too dry or wet, or dense and sugary. However, try our recipe and get them just right – fluffy, soft and decadent. These flavorful snack items can be made in advance and reheated before eating. We reckon, that your young ones would love to savour the taste of these blueberry muffins.

Ingredients
- 2 cups of flour
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon, ground
- 1/2 cup castor sugar
- 1 egg
- 100g melted butter
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup of frozen / fresh blueberries
- ½ tsp baking powder
Method
Step 1
Keep the oven for pre- heating to 180 degree Celsius. Take a 12 muffin baking tray and place the paper liners in the cup.
Step 2
Take flour, cinnamon and baking powder in a bowl and mix it.
Step 3
Mix sugar, melted butter, egg, milk, together. Pour all these into the dry ingredients and whisk a bit. Last, add the blueberries and give it a final whisk.
Step 4
Pour the mixture into the individual muffin pans and bake it for 20-25 minutes.
