Avocado Salad
Avocado is best known for its creamy base, but it’s mainly popular for its healthy omega-3-fatty acids and also because they are a good source of fiber. Its creamy texture and rich taste makes it a versatile ingredient in many salad mixes. You can serve this super healthy salad with a side of tomato ketchup or low-fat mayonnaise. We are confident when we say that your kids would go swooning over this silken green-fruit, whose appeal is simply undoubted.
