  • Do not indulge too much in food items like onions, garlic, cauliflower, cabbage, chocolates, black grams, ground nuts etc. which can make you gassy.
  • Watch over what you eat. If after eating something, you feel uneasy, you may burp. It is best to avoid such food items when you have company.
  • Since constipation is one of the main reasons behind burps, eat things which are rich in fibre and drink a lot of water.
