ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. as it mostly contains alcohol n sugar which is not good for little babies.. Gripe water should not be used in babies. It is not good for baby just give only breast milk.

That’s Because the amount of milk or formula milk that you are giving to the child has sufficient water into it to meet the thirst of the child which is why it is not recommended to give any kind of water to the child before completing the age of six months
