ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist2 years agoA. no sex. no stress. better to show to specialist always as they get the correct diagnosis. try to avoid self and extra medication that will only complicate this and create more damage to the childavoid fatty foods. take fresh fruit and lots of water. exercise n yoga. avoid any new products. then see a specialist too. put aloe vera as that is f good ok
