Q.
which shampoo is best for a 4 year old kid.. I tried Sebamed.. but it has made hairs very rough. Now I am using Jhonson and jhonson. Also.. which oil should be used.. I am using mix of olive and castor and sometime I use coconut and castor mix. please advice based on ur experience.

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. hi use himalaya or Mamaearth baby shampoo. You can apply and do gentally massage the scalp with coconut oil, Castor oil , mustard oil, almond oil, seasome oil. Shampooing twice or thrice a week.

I am using mamaearth nourishing hair oil made up of almonds and avocado, a non sticky one with mild fragrance and mamaearth gentle cleansing shampoo, a no tear formula, gently cleans all the dirt and oil. both are natural products that helps to make hairs strong and soft and silky with a happy and nourished scalp.
