You just don’t have to eat papaya and pineapple rest you can have whatever suits you want to have all the fruits are completely healthy because all the fruits have their own benefit so since you’re asking for one fruit that’s very important then I would say that you should have pomegranate for sure because that is going to help in maintaining your haemoglobin levels and if it is possible for you the doctor must have advised to take some iron supplement as well so take that iron supplement with a pomegranate juice only that’s going to be very very helpful
