which oil is best for food in summer for my baby? please suggest

try to give normal diet to your child.
start iron calcium and multivitamins supplements regularly

You can go for olive oil or you can cook babies food in Desi ghee. These are Best oil to cook babies food. Now your baby is more than one year also you can add anything in babies regular diet plan because there are no food restrictions now. So you should try to give daily routine food to your baby
