after completion of 6 months of delivery ,you can start to do exercises or yoga regularly
but start with low impact exercises like pilates , gentle jogging, walk etc.
eat couple of bites less than usual.
take low fat high fiber diet like green leafy vegetables fruits more
avoid taking processed oily spicy food.
increase your fluid intake.
drink warm water with honey and few drops of lemon juice daily in morning.
