you can include whole grains, millets , dals and pulses, milk and milk products, fresh and seasonal fruits and vegetables, healthy fats in small quantities and adequate water.
avoid outside food, processed and junk foods, carbonated beverages, excess maida / refined flour, excess salt , sugar and fats.
add small mid-meals after 2 hours, and regularize your meal timings.
you can also go on walk, start exercise or yoga.
