when it to start exercise and diet for normal delivery mothers?

A. Hi.. you can start with normal diet and exercise once your baby is three to four months old but I would recommend you to kindly consult your gynecologist before starting with any strenuous exercise.. in terms of diet mixture your checking healthy nourishing and balanced diet to support lactation as well
