when I can start exercise after c section

A. after 6 to 7 months gapp

A. after c section you can start exercising at 4-6 months.. start with brisk walking or yoga or low intense exercise first..then gradually increase the intensity of exercise.. restrict the sugar and sweet intake Avoid oily and spicy foods keep yourself well hydrated

A. Hello dear parent, as you are 5 months apart your pregnancy so now you can start with simple exercises. Make sure to exercise regularly but do not go over board. Also increase the intensity of exercises slowly. Good luck and take
