when can we start doing exercises or aerobics after c-section

A. hi parent yes you cab after 6 month try to avoid vigorous exercise till that period start with wlking for 30 min every day start exercising later on k ay

A. It is recommended to start doing light workout only after 5-6 weeks of C-section delivery. Once you start, do slowly with only brisk walking. Do not put pressure on the stitches. Only when you feel comfortable, change the exercise and increase the time.
