It seems your Baby is 8 months old so now u can start with your weight loss journey
Have small and frequent meals
Include more protein in all the three meals like paneer, soya, milk, oats, curd, egg white, sprouts, dry fruits
Have more salad and vegetables
Avoid food with excess sugar and ghee, normal
Ghee that is 1-2 tsp a day for now is good
Water 2-3 litre per day
Start walking for 15-20 mins a day and slowly increase duration and speed
Neelam sharmaMom of a 15 yr 6 m old boy3 years agoA. you can start post six months of c section and also need to check that you are feeling fit and healthy if so then you can start with light exercises or basic yoga poses , shift your diet to healthy and nutritious food and take every meal on time
