A. dear mom eat wisely choose good protiens in diet include dals, eggs, chicken , paneer, curds, soya, tofu have a variety of vegetables and fresh fruits and hydrate yourself well

A. hello there ma'am please do not worry about it too much and please hve rich fiber and proteins diet and also have more salad and fruits in your daily lunch and dinner.. also follow regular exercise and yoga routine after doctor evaluation. and yoga planks re the best way to loose belly fat. take care
