What should I do to lose my weight after pregnancy and tighten my tummy?

A. Dear mum, to lose your pregnancy weight gain tone your stomach muscles, you need to eat mindfully and exercise for 45 to 60 minutes every day. Exercises like abdominal crunches, pelvic tilts help in toning the stomach muscles. Avoid having junk foods. Have a balanced diet having variety of food groups. Have lean proteins like eggs, beans, pulses, low fat milk and milk products. Have healthy fats from almonds, flaxseed. Have small frequent meals and adequate fluid intake.
