Hi it has been almost 3 months my baby is now I think am gaining weight how should I maintain my weight. how should I tighten my tummy

A. for weight loss eat mindfully. reduce your calorie and fat intake especially from high fat, sugar and salt containing food and beverages, processed packaged food. have good intake of fibre and low fat protein sources. don't skip breakfast and have good water intake. at least 45 to 60 minutes exercise daily. abdominal strengthening exercise like pelvic tilts, crunches help to tone muscles. have an active lifestyle. Continued breastfeeding till 2 years helps in weight loss.
