#asktheexpert I m expecting my second child now. after delivery how do I regain my vaginal strength back? how do I tighten my lose tummy? can I make my vagina also tight? is there anything that I can do

A. well you can systt pelvic exercise as doon as you feel no pain in vagina ok. so better will be to track that. try to eat mire of the protein ok

A. Hello ma’am If you have a normal delivery then you can start with Keagle exercises they are basically to tighten up the muscles of your vagina only so you can start it right after your delivery and for your family and everything I’m just going to advise you to have patience you can only start working out after six months of your dinner
