A. Maybe you’re not maintaining Goyal hygiene maybe you are not brushing the teeth properly which is why you are facing this issue so you should maintain oral hygiene by brushing the teeth properly twice in a day and that is what is going to be good

A. Nothing is wrong this is good 2 1/2 kg is a decent weight I don’t think so there is any problem that in the amount of weight that you are gaining as you mentioned it seems completely alright and healthy to me
