ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist4 years agoA. Dear mum, weight of 4 kg is a normal weight gain in 72 days, considering a birth weight of 2.5 kg. For healthy weight gain, continue to exclusively breastfeed your baby till 6 months complete. At one episode of breast feeding feed from only one breast so that baby receives fat rich hindmilk which will help in weight gain.
