Follow small and frequent meals pattern
Include more green vegetables and salad in diet
Fruits u can have 100gm in a day that include papaya, apple, orange, jamun, gauva, 8 to 10 pieces of grapes, 2 to 3 slice of mango but once a week no fruit juices
Have more protein in diet like daal, paneer, sprouts, egg white
Inhypothyroid restrict intake of cabbage, cauliflower, peanuts, brocolli, soya, mustard
Also avoid excess oil, namkeen, achar, papad and no sweets ans sugar
Water 2l per day minimum
NikithaMom of a 10 yr 9 m old boy4 years agoA. hello since you are having diabetes better to avoid sugar based food and for thyroid you should be avoiding soy tofu cabbage cauliflower brinjal and also other food that can trigger the thyroid hormones which would be better and safe for the growth of your child
