#AskTheExpert i am 34 yr old having diabetes which is high .. breastfeeding my baby of 3 months old . please advise what diet i follow

A. it won't pass to baby. mother should eat healthy and stay hydrated. once consult your gynaecologist for routine check up and do all routine investigation required and start treatment as advised

A. No worries: If you want to breastfeed, having diabetes shouldn't prevent you from doing so, and both you and your baby will reap some pretty impressive benefits. That said, breastfeeding isn't always easy, and women with diabetes may face a few extra complications, so it pays to be prepared.
