Milk,diary products,fruits(papaya,chikoo) helps in lactation,dals fir protein source but check suitability to baby.
Garlic,garlic milk,rusk ,multi grain bread toast helps in lactation
Nuts,seeds,pomegranate ,vegetables for calcium,iron and other mineral sources.
