Is nutmeg beneficial for a 8 month old baby, if yes how to include it in her diet?

A. Yes it is useful as it improves digestion and naje a powder of nutmeg and it can be added as a pinch quantity in meals of the baby to keep digestion well

A. Yes It is definitely healthy and you can just make a little bit of slight paste out of it you can rabbit and make a paste out of it that’s what you can use into the food of your child I think that’s how you can use it more comfortable Billy into the food of your child
