What should be the heathy diet for my seventh month baby? Three times food dal khichdi and breast feeding is enough for my child

POOJA GOSWAMIMom of a 10 yr 6 m old girl4 years agoA. In 7 months, most of the foods of baby's diet will remain same as 6 months. You can feed lentil puree, mashed banana and boiled potato, apple, carrot and pear puree, mixed vegetable soup, khichdi, ragi and sooji porridge, home made cerelac, etc. Feed 3 times a day and 4-5 times Breast or formula. Do not feed the same food all 3 times, give variety of meals for full nutrition.
