Breastfeeding mother should take healthy and nutritious diet including all the food groups. Seasonal fruits and vegetables, dairy products like paneer curd cheese, pulses, cereals, dry fruits, soup, fresh fruit juice, milk, ghee etc.
Avoid spicy oily junk food
