Give one boiled egg per day or you can even give omelette.
Give khichdi. Give potatoes. Give curd made from whole milk. Give fruit milkshakes and fruit smoothies and add dry fruits powder to them. Add a spoonful of ghee to your child's meals. Give nuts like almonds, walnuts, cashew nuts, peanuts and raisins. Give peanut butter. Include flax seeds, pumpkin and melon seeds in her diet. Give jaggery.
