Shikha kumarMom of 2 children4 years agoA. hello mum there are many methods such as the taking of a contraceptive pills for inserting copper t or taking injections but inserting of copper t or injection can be only under the doctor's guidance both of them are safe and also if you want to take a contraceptive pills you have to consult it with the doctor first so the most frequent and safe is using condoms
