Q.

I'm 29 years old, I have 9 months old baby and I'm a breastfeeding mother. I have pcos. what is the suitable birth control method for me? I have no plan for a second baby for another 5 years. which birth control can I use with pcos? can I expect any side effects?

A. strictly avoid pills and injections as it can cause further hormonal fluctuations. opt for short-term condoms or long run intra uterine contraceptive methods as cuT insertion for 3-5 years.. .

A. See You are already going through issues it would be better that you consult your gynaecologist before you opt for any birth control planning because certain times doctors can advise you to go for a contraceptive pill otherwise I can advise you in injection also which will avoid pregnancy for a minimum of 3 to 6 months
