what are the iron rich foods in third trimester (especially 9th of pregnancy)

A. If you are taking any iron supplement I would suggest you take it with orange or sweet lime juice or pomegranate juice that’s going to be very healthy my doctor used to say it double of the absorption of iron apart from that I would recommend you to have beetroot pomegranate sweet potato broccoli spinach green vegetables you can have jaggery these things are very healthy and rich source of iron
