A. You should eat all healthy home cooked food very new should go ahead with using all kind of fruits and vegetables and avoid eating anything which has seeds into it like Ladyfinger and brinjal because that can interfere with your C-section stitches that’s what a lot of people say so just avoid that kind of thing
