A. Hello To lose weight & body fat, you can 1. exercise daily for 45 minutes atleast 2. Avoid fried, junk, sugary foods 3. Include lot of vegetables, fruits, nuts, skim milk, egg whites, pulses, sprouts, curd & water in your meals
