If you had normal delivery then you can start after your stitches heal a little bit of light exercise at home but full and proper exercise after the delivery complete six months and c section mother it is normally 6 to 8 months till the time stitches do not heal completely go for a proper workout and a diet from a dietician to lose on your weight in a proportionate manner
