thereafter you can do abdominal core muscle exercixuses if you have completed at least six months after your delivery and other form of exercises like aerobics and yoga can also be tried.

Try yoga and meditation for better physical and mental health. Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated. Good luck and take care
