How to loss weight after 1 year of delivery please suggest healthy weight loss tips with some South Indian food items

A. If you are feeding your child anymore you can go ahead with the proper diet if you want you can take a diet from a dietician any workout as per your choice otherwise if you are unable to do out due to your schedule and all then you can try practising intermittent fasting for 12 to 16 hours and evening work for at least half an hour to 40 minutes
