Have healthy diet, have small meals frequent times a day, avoid consuming junk food . Eat a high-protein diet with plenty of soluble fiber.

start exercise routine after 6 month of delivery.
continue with breast feeding baby, it will help to reduce weight.

Limit intake of sugar, rice, potato, fried and packaged foods. Do not crash diet, but eat smaller meals. Do skin toning exercises like squats, brisk walking, jogging, breathing and Yogasana. Drinking warm jeera Or lemon water first thing in the morning will help too.
